2. Data we collect

• First and last name — when registering as a courier
• Phone number — to contact you and confirm your application
• City — to assign you to delivery platforms
• Technical data: IP, browser type, visited pages (server logs)

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Courier registration and application handling — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance)
• Contact with the applicant by phone/email — Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR
• Compliance with tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
• Security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

4. Data recipients

Data may be shared with our processors: Fleetsoft (CRM for receiving and managing applications), hosting and IT infrastructure providers. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) compliant with Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all processors.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

• Courier applications — up to 3 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn
• Accounting records — 5 years as required by Polish law
• Server logs — up to 12 months

6. Your rights

Under Art. 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your data and obtain a copy
• Rectify or complete the data
• Erase the data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Data portability to another controller
• Object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with the President of UODO (urzad@uodo.gov.pl)
