Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of delivery-pro.pl and the courier registration service operated by KIVO SP. Z O.O.
1. General provisions
Operator: KIVO SP. Z O.O., Tax ID (NIP) 5273169404, Warsaw, Poland. Use of the site implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services
- Connecting couriers to Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Wolt, Glovo
- Support with registration and work-related matters
- Help with documents and legalization in Poland
- Payout of earned funds
3. Registration
To register, a courier provides their name, phone number, and city. The Operator contacts the applicant to confirm details and connect them to platforms.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons.
4. Courier obligations
- At least 18 years of age
- A means of transport (bicycle, car, scooter)
- Compliance with delivery platform rules
- Proper use of the thermal bag and equipment
5. Bonuses and reimbursements
Bonus terms (e.g. 50 zł switching bonus or thermal bag reimbursement) are described on the /promo page and may change.
6. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to info@delivery-pro.pl. Response time — 14 days.
7. Final provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the Operator's registered office.
